Resep Green Cockle Shells Chili Vegetable Fried Indomie


Use Fried Indomie

  • Material / Ingredients :
    1. 1 pack of fried Indomie.
    2. 1 slice garlic, chop it until soft.
    3. 100 gram “bokcoy”.
    4. ½ teaspoon salt.
    5. ½ teaspoon brown sugar.
    6. ½ teaspoon pepper.
    7. 2 tablespoon cooking oil to saute.
    8. ½ slice tomato, slice it.

For green cockle shells chili :
1.      100 gram green cockle shells, boil it and take that contents.
2.      1 slice garlic, chop it until soft.
3.      ½ slice Bombay onion.
4.      3 chili, chop it.
5.      ½ teaspoon salt.
6.      ½ teaspoon brown sugar.
7.      ½ teaspoon lemon water.
8.      2 tablespoon cooking oil to saute.

·         Steps / Instructions :
1.      First, boil the fried Indomie with boil of water. Take it and skim it. Put it in a plate.
2.      Second, mix fried Indomie thaw was boiled with seasoning of Indomie, except fried onion. Mix it and put it in a plate.
3.      Then, make hot the cooking oil. Saute garlic until fragrant. Add “bokcoy”, salt, brown sugar, and pepper. Mix it. Cook until ripe. Take it and put in a plate.
4.      Next, for green cockle shells chili : make hot the cooking oil. Saute garlic, Bombay onion, and chili until fragrant. Add cockle shells, salt, brown sugar, and lemon water. Mix it and cook it until ripe.
5.      Finally, put fried Indomie in a plate beautifully, add “bokcoy”, green cockle shells chili, tomato, and don’t forget to give fired onion.
6.      Now, serve it and eat it.
